In 2022, in Ticino, two professionals with completely different backgrounds shared the same insight: digital marketing had become improvised, superficial and disconnected from how the human brain actually works.

Alejandra Moya, a graduate in psychology and specialized in neuromarketing, knew that every purchase decision stems from brain mechanisms that have little to do with logic. Guglielmo Poli, with over 20 years of international professional training experience, knew that skills taught in the classroom had to be concrete, measurable and immediately applicable.
